1. What we collect from your child
- The first name or nickname you enter.
- Age or grade and city/state, used to deliver age-appropriate content.
- In-app activity: mood selections, journal entries, garden plants, calm points, streaks, completed activities.
- Basic technical and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use it
Only to provide the Calmiverse experience to your family, save your child's progress, keep the service safe, and respond to your requests. We do not show ads to children, do not allow third-party tracking, and do not sell or rent your child's information.
3. Who we share with
We share data only with vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, error monitoring) that are contractually limited to using it to operate Calmiverse. We may disclose data when required by valid legal process.
4. How you give consent
When you create your child's account you will be asked to confirm that you are the Parent or legal guardian and to agree to our Children's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Where required, we use a verifiable consent method such as a credit-card transaction, signed consent form, or government-ID check before enabling features that go beyond COPPA "internal operations".
5. Your rights as a Parent
- Review what we have collected about your child.
- Delete your child's account and personal data.
- Refuse further collection by closing the account.
- Withdraw consent previously given.
Email operations@sunrisingsolutions.com from the email on file. We respond within 30 days.
6. Effect of withdrawing consent
If you withdraw consent we will close the child's account, delete personal information from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, and stop further collection.
